PRE-HISTORY
(1985 & 1995 to December 2004)

Tri-State Janitorial Services, Inc. was founded in 1985, which provided Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Cleaning for Illinois, Missouri, and Iowa.

Midwest Carpet Cleaners was founded in 1995, which provided Residential and Commercial Carpet Cleaning for Illinois, Missouri, and Iowa. It also provided Water Damage Restoration.

CURRENT HISTORY
(January 2005 to present)

American Hometown Services, Inc. formed when the two companies merged in January 2005. With the merge, American Hometown Services can provide more services to customers. Additional services are Building Maintenance, Minor Home Repairs, Fire Damage, and Mold Removal.

American Hometown Services, Inc. is fully insured up to a million dollars liability insurance and bonded, and carries workman's compensation on all their employees.
